December always comes and goes so quickly. And I usually only do about 50% of the fun Christmas-y things I wanted to do. But this year, after moving into a new house and that entails, we only did about 10%. Oh well. I think it was still a pretty good December, and I just realized you can't do it all...especially with four children who need your constant attention.
But here are some highlights:

Rainbows- there have been so many this month. And wthout fail, I get giddy.

Brigham keeps getting cuter and more mobile. Love this kid!
We did manage to visit Santa. I saw that Cabella's gives a free picture with Santa. Little did I know, it would be the perfect experience. No line, relaxed. Free picture. And so many fun animals to look at along the way.

The girls were in Our ward Nativity.
We found our kitchen table but have been shuffling chairs around on a nightly basis. I begged Doug to make a bench for the kids. One night while I was folding laundry, Doug was hard at work building this. He finished before I did. He's just so good!
Brigham still doesn't sleep through the night. For some reason, I just can't listen to him scream. So one night I took pictures of the clock every time I got up. I think he's getting worse, we're up every couple of hours. I need to break this...going a bit loco here.
We decided to switch to Hunter Lake Elementary after the break. So the girls had their last day at Westergard. We sure loved Westergard. So bittersweet.

Paige and Mrs. Bemus. What a fabulous teacher she was for both Leah and Paige.

Leah and Mrs Hayes. I will miss her parent luncheons. I loved going into Leah's classroom and feeling involved and informed in her education.
Carson City Santa train.
We rode on a legit steam engine train that was over 100 years old. Very cool to sit in those tiny seats that they used to sit in for hours traveling from town to town.
Christmas "Eve" on the 21st with the Jorgensens and Bringhursts.
Heidi has collected Nativity costumes over the years.
