My Mom was really good at making things special for us as kids. Especially with eight kids, she still found time to do nice things for us. One of my favorites was our kids Christmas party. We didn't do it every year but when we did, they were a highlight! After being sick for the first four months living in Reno, I thought it would be a good time to do something nice for the girls and they are at the funnest age to get excited about parties. So we threw together a little Christmas party/dinner. It turned out being such a fun evening. I mean, what six and seven-year old little girl wouldn't want to dress up and be waited on?
