The Jorgensen's always cut their tree down so we decided to join them and it will definitely be our tradition here in Reno. You only pay $10 for the permit to go cut one down in designated areas.
It went well for the most part, until the girls decided they were freezing. But once the girls were given a go at the saw and got to carry the tree out of the woods, they began to perk up a bit.
We ended the day with a camp fire, roasting hot dogs and smore's, and thawing out our extremities.
Such a fun adventure!

| Paige: smore's in one hand, hot dog in the other. |

Jorgensen's tree was a bit bigger than ours!

There was music and a light on the tree when we first found it!

 |
