Our little Sydney has definitely been the most adventurous of all our toddlers. She is independent observant, smart, and innovative. She is definitely a joy to have around though.
My Mom was recently here for four days with the girls and decided that if something happened, Sydney would be okay by herself in our house. She will find a way to get what she wants.
Our current battle with her is bedtime. She started out as the toddler we boasted about but that has come back to bite us in the rear. It began when she figured out how to crawl out of her crib. We trained her in a toddler bed, and it went well for a while. But now she screams for a while then climbs up on her play kitchen and reaches over to turn on the light. Then she just hangs out up until we come in.
Another thing she'll do is pile up her toys, climb on top of them and squeeze her little fingers in the child resistant door knob to open the door.
She kills me! But I love her- she is far cuter than she is difficult.
Some of the cutest things she does are: shrugging her shoulders, runs to give Leah a hug when she gets home from school, says Sorry about everything, and says Thank you often, always looking for affirmation from Paige when she dances- shouting "Pay!"
Waiting for us to come in when she's supposed to be in bed.
Two days in a row...once during "nap time"
She is so cuttley. Very generous with her hugs. And HELLO- look at that cute face!

That sickness was running rampant around Utah and even here in Vegas. Natalie got it too. Glad to hear she is feeling better. She is so cute. The more mischievous they are the smarter they seem to be!! Does she sleep in the same room as her sisters?
