Timing

After writing my last post, I opened my email and had been sent this link. I had seen it once but it is obvious that today I needed it again. So I'm linking it in case some of you need to see it again, or for the first time.

Amber K I sent you that link because it made me cry. I cried because being told I am wonderful and that I am doing a great job sends mixed feelings. Your stages are hard, but even when they aren't kids are. I didn't mean I feel so blissfull, I meant it will be ok and I am not ruining my kids. Hang in there. I hear ages 7-10 are great years.

Thanks for reminding me of this mormon message. Watching it makes me remember that I am not alone. There are a lot of moms just like you and I who are struggling to be the kind of mom we thought we would be. Hope that you enjoy the weekend (that is if Doug gets to be home to help!!).

Your post sounds like my post a few days ago. I linked the same video. We all have those days...maybe weeks, but as we are taught is all worth it one day.
That is probably why they made that video, bc so many people feel this way. Love ya, and I know I'm excited for YOUR baby #3.

I love this video and I love your last post. I fell exactly the same. I love my kids, but most days I just want them to stay in their rooms and leave me alone....

Hang in there and just know that there are moms that are feeling the same frustrations as you.

And good luck with number 3.

Amber thank you for this link and for your post. I want you to know though, that when we got to spend a little time together in AZ last summer, I thought, MULTIPLE times, "Amber is such a good Mom. Why can't I be like her?" And that's the honest truth:) So,it's comforting to me to know that even a good Mom like you feels like I do sometimes:) Your girls are so lucky to have you. Don't ever forget it! Can't wait for this new little one to get here!

Love you!
