If you know me and my family, you know my kids are not sleepers. I always hear moms talk about their kids sleeping until 7, or 8, and think how awesome that would be. Or those kids who take 2 + hour naps...are you kidding! Not us. If Leah and Paige sleep until 7, it is a miracle. Seriously.
I think we might have a sleeper on our hands. Her name is Sydney. In fact, this morning she slept in. My phone alarm was set to go off at 5:20 for a spin class. I was up at 4:40 (thank you Paige) and thought, "oh I can sleep another 40 min!" I woke up feeling quite refreshed and looked at the clock- it was 6, half way through my class, dang-it.
Somehow I turned off my alarm and my phone. So I decided to keep sleeping until Sydney woke me up. Leah and Paige are great in the morning. Apparently I was tired because I woke up around 8:30 and panicked. This is how rare it is to have a sleeper. I immediately thought she was dead. Is that morbid? I calmed down and she woke up at 8:57- 8:57!
Just think of everything I could accomplish if this happened every morning.
I could get used to that.
