New Years Resolutions

I had a whole list but I've realized that my life doesn't really belong to me and so I've decided to tackle one weakness at a time. I've lost a lot of strengths and gained a lot of weaknesses since becoming a mother, but the one I dislike most is tardiness. I can't seem to get anywhere on time. I seriously need to start getting into the car an hour before it's time to leave. So, this is my one new years resolution right now.

Oh, and a disclaimer about the two previous posts:  Apparently I fooled some people into thinking I am a great, fun mom. I wish I did fun stuff with my kids everyday but the truth is most days, we barely make it out of our PJ's.

Good luck with that. It is hard to get to places in a timely manner when you have kids. Let us know how it goes!

I'm glad to know you're like me. I look at other blogs and think everyone else is more fun than I am. Then I feel guilty for not doing more exciting activities with Leah. One step at a time, right?

I love your new background!
I think setting small goals is a good thing. I read somewhere that February is the worst month for resolutions, so refocusing is good!

I am so with you. I love reading your blog because I realize that there is another mother out there with the same struggles as I have. I am so happy that you are not afraid to share them with us.
I don't get out of my PJ's unless we have to leave the house for something. Seriously I have to work on remembering that I have a personality beyond cleaning the house and taking care of my kiddies. But then some days I see the light and I am so happy with being a mommy! I just love it.

I happen to believe that you are an awesome mommy! Anyone who devotes their life to taking care of their kids has made the right choice and some obvious sacrifices for the most divine cause.

You are amazing and some day your kids will be praising your name. Who cares if you don't get out of your PJ's you in them with your family.

Oh and good luck with being on time. I'm rooting for ya!
