Easter

We've had a great weekend! I'm really grateful for my Mom and how she got so excited for holidays and events, she always made things so fun and special for us. It was so fun to plan Easter and even more fun to watch Leah get so excited about it. We didn't get any pictures of Easter dresses because Leah got a bloody nose in nursery and found some jellybeans...guess I should have taken a picture of that anyway- oh well!

We made the traditionall Jensen easter cake. I thought it was pretty good for my first time.
More and more I think we're going to have a girly-girl on our hands. Her latest obsession is shoes- I was pretty impressed that she could walk in these ones.
Our playgroup has an annual Easter egg hunt on good Friday at our church.
We had a great turn out- 15 kids!
Our beautiful Paigey-girl. She is seriously that best-happiest baby ever.
She slept through the night last night- 8 hours! Mommies happy today.
Leah really enjoyed finding eggs, she was very cute picking them up and running to them when she spotted one. I hid some in bushes and she was too nervous to step in the dirt to get them, it was kind of funny. Today, she's carrying her basket around and throwing the eggs all over.

Love the cake! You did a great job! Sorry we couldn't enjoy it with you. I got the message way late.

Leah was adorable on Sunday. Too bad for the bloody nose!

Wow! That's quite a cake and quite an Easter you've had there. Paige and Leah are babes, literally and figuratively. Fun, fun, fun.

Looks like fun! How nice that Paige is sleeping through the night. That is just so wonderful. There is nothing better than getting enough sleep I think!

Amber, the cake is awesome. That brings back some good memories of Easters of yester-year.
