*What is your name? Douglas Roy (Roytown, is how we like to say it)) Doxey, Amber Kay Jensen Alive (my maiden name but I thought it'd be fun to share what I used to call myself when I was little. I always loved my middle name, I don't know why I added the alive, I remember sometimes saying "when I'm dead it'll be Amber Kay Jensen Dead." Uhh...?
*How long have you been together? Married for 3 years in August. I know..2 kids in 2 1/2 years!
*How long did you date? If you count all of our "break-ups" in between, about 18 months. Started dating Jan 04, engaged June 05, married August 05.
*How old are you? Amber: 25, Doug: mostly 30 (he will be on April 22)
*Who eats more? He eats more than me at meal times. When it comes to ice cream, he definitely does, it's a close competition when it comes to chocolate.
*Who said I love you first? I bet Doug would be able to answer that but to be honest, I don't really know. I bet who ever said it first, it was kind of dumb b/c we both said stupid things in situations like that. Doug says it all the time now though, and I LOVE it!
*Who is taller? Doug, but it's not difficult to find girls taller than him. Our family theme song is "I wish I was a little bit talla"
*Who can sing better? Doug
*Who is smarter? We both have our strong points but since I talk to a toddler all day and Doug converses with med-students, I think he's got this one on me. He definitely knows more "gee-whiz" iinfo.
*Who does the laundry? Since having Paige, Doug's been stepping it up. I will gladly do the laundry by myself when we get our own washer and dryer some day.
*Who pays the bills? Unfortunately I do, I think this is one of my least favorite tasks, but Doug's pretty busy lately.
*Who sleeps on the right side? We like switch it up, so now I do.
*Who mows the lawn? We're lucky to have a lawn, I asked if I could (b/c I love doing it but our landlady has some people do it.
*Who is more stubborn? I am, Doug's really good at talking reason into me.
*Who kissed who first? Doug- it wasn't the most romantic experience. It was actually on his sister's couch, we went over to play ping-pong, well that's why I was there but Doug had something else in mind.
*Who asked who out first? I did. My apartment put together a group date, I think we did Halloween stuff, but there was no interest at the time on either side.
*Who proposed? Doug- very creative. On a run- that's what we love to do together!
*Who has more friends? We're both pretty friendly people- I think he has more than me right now, at least that he hangs out with on a daily basis...lucky!
*Who is more sensitive? Definitely ME! Doug's been wondering what's going on since we got married...I mean, I've been pregnant 18 months out of the 2 1/2 years. That's cause for some crazy moods and lots of tears.
*Who has more siblings? Doug, he has 11, I have 7.
*Who wears the pants? We take turns but for the most part I think it's pretty equal. (side note, Doug has tried on my pants, I begged him to try on my maternity gouachos b/c they are so comfortable...he FINALLY did (the second pregnancy) and I made fun of him for a while. Too bad I didn't have a camera)

I hear yah on the crazy moods! I've been pregnant 1/2my married life.
Yeah, I highly recommend the Klausner for making out. Nice big seat cushions, high back, you're practically laying down right when you sit in it! So, just sitting there you can naturally 'lean' and nobody even would suspect you're about ready to plant a big smacker. The only thing that could possibly blow your cover is when...right before the moment...you bust out the Bonnie Bell Lip Smacker--strawberry flavor. At least, that's one thing that may blow your cover. I'm sure there are other things that would do the same.

It's a shame you didn't have a camera around when Douglas had the gauchos on. That's awesome. Hopefully I can get Benton to wear some of my fancy maternity stuffs.
