Kind of Sad to be Home

We had such a great time out west. I was very sad to leave all of our family. I definitely could have used another week with Doug out there. I'm going to skip the detailed travel log but here are the highlights:
  • Driving with Karla, love spending time with my sister!
  • Of course Jay coming home
  • The traditional Jensen picnics, volleyball & Frisbee
  • The (almost) whole family together!
  • Running with siblings, love passing the Jordan River temple on runs. Love sidewalks. Love trails.
  • Temple Square and hands on church exhibit for kids
  • Going to AZ with Jay- just Sydney and I. Leah and Paige had a blast with Grandma, Grandpa, Liz and Mo
  • Hanging out with Erika and the Hatches in AZ
  • Reuniting with friends in AZ- a traditional visit to Cheesecake Factory just with the ladies.
  • Memorial day with my family in SLC, visiting Grandparents graves
  • Seeing Grandparents and extended family
  • Liz's graduation
  • The many parks in Utah. Love. Love. Love
  • Visiting cousins in Provo. Leah and Paige have so much fun with their Doxey cousins.
  • Finally reuniting with Doug- couldn't be a happier moment than to get the family back together!
  • Date with Doug!!!!
  • Running a 5K with Doug and the Christensen's. Doug is sweet to pace me.
  • A fabulous hike with the Young's and Christensen's. I belong on those mountains!
  • Dad's birthday.
  • Fort Collins with the Cranes. ALWAYS good times with them!
Thanks to everyone who let us bombard your home with our screaming children. We miss you all!

I think this is precious!

Leah and Paige took a long time warming up to people, there's a lot of family to get used but they did great with Uncle Mike and I thought it was pretty cute.

  • Had so much fun hanging out with these gals!

Beauty

Too bad pictures never do it justice. I love this portion of the trail. and don't know what I'm doing in this picture.

Sydney was very attached to me in Utah, obviously I was hiking behind Doug.

Brittany's little boy, Crew, and Sydney had a great time wrestling. She finally found someone to give her a run for her money.

All our kids born within 4 months of each other.

Jimmer was really interested in our group. He apparently never gets stopped on campus.

I. Love. BYU. I get so excited every time I go back to this campus.

Brynne is such a great big cousin. Thanks for playing with the girls so much!

Ahh, Fort Collins.

Amber! How nice to hear from you! Your girls are getting so big and beautiful of course. You were "home" ... how nice. There is nothing that compares to a Utah summer, nothing! It sounds really nice right now in my 100degree humidity weather. It's so nice to hear from you, thanks for saying hi. Say hi to Doug and give our love to your girls. Much love, Angie

Ahh man I wanted more and more pictures. I loved looking at them all. I love the one with Jimmer, it totally looks like we are in a actual conversation. I wish!
Your photography is really improving!
Can't wait for Lake House!!!
