Why does it have to "feels like?"

One thing I miss about the west is that when the temperate says 31, is feels like 31. I hate seeing feels like 17. Humidity and I aren't very good friends. I went running the other day when it was 31 but felt like 17. When I got back, I was still freezing. I ran 4.5 miles and never warmed up! Another thing I miss about the west- you retain your heat.

As I was hopping in the shower, I noticed that parts of my body looked border line frost bitten. Namely, my stomach and upper-rear thigh areas, where circulation is suffering due to excess baby fat. Doug said, "well, I guess you know your target areas (as if I didn't already know!)." So, next time you want to slim down, no need to get a fat analysis done, just go running in the bidder cold and look for the purple splotches.

Mother nature gave us a treat on Vday, it was a whoppin' 62 degrees! And is this not the CUTEST picture of Sydney? The others are cute to but just look at her!

She is cute. I can tell she is loved by her sisters. Her little cheeks are so soft and "pinchable" ( I know that is not a word but that is what her cheeks are!!). We need to get our kids together before they are all grown up - dang it!!
