Catching Up

I am trying to get my kids on a good schedule and to play more with them so I've been a bit preoccupied but here's a taste of what has been going on with us.

We planted some veggies and herbs at the beginning of the
summer and we're starting to see some major results.
This was supposed to be a bell pepper.
These are huge grape tomatoes and they taste great!
We have two huge plants, we'll have tons of tomatoes!
It has been fun to walk outside and pick the basil to cook with. Leah has
started to pick it too- except she doesn't quite know what to pick.
This is a little late but I had to post this picture. The bishop of our ward and his wife are moving away. We threw a BBQ for them and had TONS of people show up. This picture doesn't quite show how crowded our front yard was but you get the idea. It's how we do it in New York
Here's our little Paige growing up too fast- she's 7 months today.
Walking by 9 months? We'll see!
We celebrated our 3rd anniversary. Yes, 3 years, 2 kids.
We tried to go to a show but since we're poor and would only pay for half-price tickets or lottery we didn't get any. So we ventured to the East Village, which we loved. We didn't eat at this Burger Joint but it was a good picture.
We walked up to Union Square and ran into this "Pandamonium" Basically, it was a bunch of NYU students looking for something to do. Many of them had Panda masks or costumes on. Their idea was to take over the subway and streets (there was a huge group on bikes). It was pretty funny to see.
Paige eats way better than Leah ever did. Classic baby food shot.
Leah is really into walks and "elping" out with the "troller"
Mid-walk Leah realized she had pockets. She walked for a while like this.

LOVE the garden--look at you in NYC!!! What a blessing to have that house! Having the whole ward over looks like so much fun! And, of course we love the pix of the girls- they are growing up so fast. We miss you guys. Are you coming for Christmas?
