Well it's been a week since Paige joined our family, I can't believe we are a family of four! Things are going very well, I am just so grateful for a few things that have made this transition easier on us:
- My AMAZING husband- he's the best father and spouse and still managed great grades on his five finals this past week.
- My mom- she sacrificed so much to extend her stay and help me out at home (not to mention my Dad and siblings who moved to Utah while my mom helped me out)
- Leah- she is the BEST big sister. I can't believe how good she is with Paige. She absolutely adores her "be-be" and has accepted the new addition very maturely.
- Paige- I couldn't ask for a better baby (knock on wood). She is so calm and barely even cries when she's hungry. I'm only waking up twice in the night to feed her. I hope she keeps it up!
- Friends- so many people have brought meals, taken Leah, etc. and it is so appreciated!

We are so glad to see some new photos. That is awesome that your mom could be there. Leah looks like she is handling it well. That is one huge plus of having a baby when your oldest is still a baby too and doesn't know much about jealousy. I am relieved to hear that Paige is doing so well and is even tempered. Good luck you guys. We miss you.
Wow--the girls are soooo cute! How fun to be sisters! Doug you're such a swell Dad-- and Amber you amaze me--Leah's hair is done and everything--and Paige all done up--Rock On! We love you guys, and can't wait to see you!

Paige is quite the cutie - congrats. You guys look great for the first week with Leah & finals on your plate as well!! I hope we can look half-decent in pictures when ours arrives!
How sweet your girls look together -- and i agree, having a Grandma to help out is the best! And your family is moving to Utah? Maybe I'll get to see them sometime :)

Hi my girl! Congratulations! How have I missed your whole life! 2 kids? The last time I saw you was at your wedding shower! Thanks to blogs I hope we can talk to each other again! Your kids are absolutely ADORABLE! Leah looks just like the girls in your family. She totally reminds me of your little sister. You guys look so happy and perfect!
So, I also want to talk to you about podiatry school. Well, I guess I want your husband to talk to my husband (james) about podiatry. Amber I love ya! Good luck with the 2nd baby! I hope Paige continues to be a great baby! And on those days when it does get overwhelming, remember that it truly will get easier! That's what I had to tell myself and it truly has gotten easier! But heck, you don't need my advice! I konw you're the most perfect Mom ever!
