I guess it's my turn.

I've been tagged a couple times so I guess I'll follow-through. I actually love reading other peoples' tags so I should like posting one, right? OK, six things...

1. Apparently I am a big sissy, and its getting worse as I get older. I've recently discovered that I am terrified of mice (I won't even cook b/c it had been in the kitchen and when I heard it in my bedroom, Doug and I ended up sleeping on our futon in the living room- a little over the edge!). Also, I am so affected from watching scary movies or reading scary books (it used to never bother me), and I HATE being home alone when Doug's out of town.

2. I worked as a nurses assistant, the grunt work of nursing. Basically I was an expert at taking care of/cleaning up after all unfortunate age-related mishaps. For the most part, I enjoyed it. It was very rewarding.

3. I was once quoted to have said, "I've only been bored like 5 times in my whole life." I guess that's what you get when you come from a family of 10 and actually enjoy the chance to be alone and have nothing to do. Oh, Britt and Anna, I think I can add about 5 more to that :)

4. I LOVE running, biking, swimming, just exercising. I can't really claim any of these lately which is very sad, but once upon a time I could. I ran my first marathon when I was 17 with my Dad and sister, Erika. Sometimes I wish I had been born a Kenyan- they were just built to run.

5. I have an obsession with what I call "romantic weather." For me it was huge cumulus clouds that rest low on the mountains, with the smell of rain (not raining yet) in the air, not too chilly, and the perfect breeze. Oh boy, I would act loco under these conditions and I would always have to listen to Sarah Brightman or Loreena Mckennit. Unfortunately, we don't get much of it out here in New York.

6. Kind of funny...I was suspended in the 7th grade for pantsing someone. The following week I was elected VP in the student council. The guy who suspended me was also the student council rep.

OK now I tag Leslie, Brittany Cotter, Cosi, Anna, and Jenn Mansel.
