May 2018

"All I have to do is get through May!" That's what I've been telling myself for the last couple of months. And here we are. May is history and this baby will make her debut soon! And then I'll never be pregnant again!!!! But with that said, I have been so extremely nervous to add a sixth child to our family. More nervous than any other baby.
But anyway...here are May's highlights.

We've been to the dentist office at least once a week for like three months. Everyone has had work done, bad teeth are just a curse. I'm getting really acquainted with how to keep kids quiet in waiting rooms but it will never be easy with a toddler!  Brig snapped this picture of Kali and I playing together.

Brig went to a birthday party and was so excited about it, and he's constantly telling me to take a picture of him.
Briggy had his first dental cleaning. They said his teeth looked great...until the x-rays. He needed two child root canals and three other cavities filled. Since he's only 4, they referred me to a pediatric dentist. He suggested we do it under anesthesia so that all of it can get done at once.
I was very concerned leading up to it but Brigham did great. He really hated the feeling waking up and the feeling of his whole mouth being numb.

Being so tired and pregnant, I'm always trying to sneak in a nap- but that rarely happens. My life in a picture!

Just our cute Kali girl.

Sydney's class had a mother's day celebration in class. Not much beats making one of my kids feel extra special and giving them all the attention they can ask for.

Brigham couldn't wait, I said to find a bush. No shame!

Summer is just around the corner, so we got  Popsicle. But the weather isn't agreeing with us.

Roly-poly hunting.

Its been perfect weather to eat outside on Sundays. Brig was pretty elated to chug from the soda bottle.

We live in the car. The younger three don't care for it.

Dress as a Disney character at school.

Lala and Kiki. Such cute friends, we are really going to miss them.

Doug's working on his third guitar.

One of our best crazy hair days yet. Palm tree, donut, and cotton candy.

Constant outings with our favorite Stevie. We only had to stand in line for an hour at chick-fil-a to get these balloons.

Mini bowling at Sheels.

One of my favorite pictures to date. Love these cuties.

Brig drew a picture of himself and me, with my baby inside.

The girls drew an obstacle course on our driveway and waited for over an hour for Dad to get home and try it out.
Memorial Day hike with the Nielsen's.  We found a random trail in Spanish Springs that lead to some hieroglyphics. Always fun to be with our best friends, but I was so hot I wanted to die. To add to the fun, we all piled in our new van and almost got stuck in some gravel after taking a wrong turn. Lets just say that some of the girls didn't like that extra adventure.

Kali loves when Paige takes Geo outside.

Paige earned the Principals Gold award again this year... all A's with perfect citizenship.
