I love a good reason to throw a bit of a party. I hosted preschool the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving so we threw a little feast. With Aunt Lizzie in town, I let Leah and Paige stay home to help out.
I cut some corners since little kids don't seem to eat much anyway. The rotisserie chicken was as good as a turkey.
We made gratitude turkeys and Indian bands.
Leah and Paige both read to the kids. It was so cute to watch the preschoolers pay close attention to the "bigger" kids.
Paige taught them about the the first Thanksgiving by reading the book she made at school. I loved it.
