...I went into the city with both kids BY MYSELF! I know this may not seem like a big deal but even to some native New Yorkers, it is! Honestly, it wouldn't have been that bad but it was raining cold. I had Paige in the Bjourn and Leah in the stroller. The stroller was covered with the rain shield but Leah kept trying to take it off which would make her cold and wet. It was a battle to keep it on. Anyway, I pushed the stroller with one hand, held an umbrella the the other, and tried to hold the blanket over the Bjourn with the other- whoops, that's three... you get the point! On top of this, the wind kept blowing the umbrella inside-out and I had to walk three long avenues and three blocks from the train station to my destination. Needless to say, we conquered, we got there without screaming children and relatively dry. Where's there? To see the Supernanny of course! Well actually, we didn't even know she'd be there. Paige booked her first "job" and it turned out to be a photo shoot with the Supernanny. Doug met me there and took over while Leah and I turned around to go home. He said that Paige was really cute and Jo Jo kept asking to take pictures with her. I guess this was for Disney's Wondertime Magazine, so if any of you see it, let me know.

People are very aware of us and give us their kids' old toys or whatever (which we love), here are two of the recent great things we've been given that have been big hits.
Just had to post this. Leah and Paige are so cute together, Paige is pretty tolerant! Leah's favorite thing is to lay in her bed with Mom, Dad, Paige, or her stuffed animals.
If you look closely, you can see how Leah gives kisses- it's a wet one. I wipe my lips after every kiss, she's beginning to think that's just what you do after you give kisses.
